The Keller Williams Greenville Market Center has chosen The Davenport to host it’s 8 week BOLD training series.

The BOLD (Business Objective: Life by Design) training provides real estate agents with the tools, skills, and mindset to generate leads and serve their clients above and beyond.

Keller Williams offers the BOLD training to agents throughout the upstate and was looking for a facility between Greenville and Spartanburg to accommodate agents coming from both directions. 

The Davenport was considered for it’s location, and ultimatly selected for the recently completed renovations, which included upgrades to facilitate more corporate events, such as the BOLD training.  These upgrades include:

• High visibility projector
• Large projector screen
• Blackout curtains
• High speed wifi internet
• Expanded kitchen

Owner, Scott Stevens stated, “We have always performed strong with weddings and receptions, however, corporate events were identified as an area for growth.  The overall goal with the renovations was to provide business grade amenities in an elegant atmosphere, and I think we’re there now.” 

Mark Tucker added, “Many of the agents have commented that it was nice training in a space that wasn’t a typical hotel conference room.”
